Our Story
Owner, Derek Johnson, a graduate of Salem University, Salem, MA with a B. S in Chemistry, is originally from Danvers, Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 2014. He met his beautiful wife in 2018 and together created JRI Properties LLC in 2019. We have been helping investors achieve their real estate dreams for over a decade. He is dedicated to providing you with personal, top-notch service and expert guidance every step of the way.
Our Story
Owner, Suzanne Johnson, a graduate of Salve Regina University, Newport, RI with a B.S. in Accounting, is originally from Dartmouth, MA and moved to Florida in 2002. She obtained her Florida license in 2015 and obtained her Rhode Island license in 2024. In 2018, Derek and Suzanne got married and in 2019 and created JRI Properties LLC. In 2022, she decided to become a full-time business owner and Realtor. Her long-term real estate experience has ranged from lot sales, homes sales and commercial transactions.
